What this policy covers
This policy explains what Truetemp Corona Spray Foam Insulation collects when you use our website, call us or ask for a quote, and what we do with it. We're an insulation contractor in Corona, CA, and we collect only what we need to answer you, look at your house and do the work.
It applies to every page of this site, starting with our home page, and to the information you give us by phone or through our contact form.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form or call (951) 393-1170, we usually ask for your name, phone number, email address and the address of the house. We may also ask about the job, such as which rooms run hot upstairs, how old the house is or what's already in the attic, so we can show up ready.
If you send photos or describe a problem like droppings in old insulation, we keep that with your request so the crew sees it before the visit.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service. What you type goes through that service to us, and it handles the information under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and site analytics
Like most websites, ours can use cookies, which are small files your browser saves, along with basic analytics tools. These record things like which pages were visited, how long someone stayed, the kind of device and browser used and the general area a visit came from.
We look at this in totals, so we can tell which pages people find useful and which ones need work. We don't use it to work out who you are.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to reply to you, set up a visit, give you a quote and keep you posted on your job. We use the job details to plan the work and keep records of what we did at your house.
We don't send marketing you didn't ask for, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when the job or the law calls for it. That can include the form and analytics services that run this site, the people who help us with scheduling, billing or bookkeeping, and a government office if the law requires it.
Anyone we share with gets only what they need for that task.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to finish the work, answer questions about it later and meet our tax and business record rules. If you reach out and don't book, we keep your request only as long as it's useful for following up, then delete it.
Analytics data is kept by the analytics service under its own settings and is reviewed in totals, not by person.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to fix anything that's wrong and ask us to delete it. California law gives residents these rights, and we extend them to anyone who asks.
We may need to confirm it's really you before we act on a request, and we may have to keep some records the law requires us to hold. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.
